MY STORY

 

We don’t live in isolation;

how we feel inward ripples outward.

The people we meet in our lives, the experiences we have and  our reactions to both  become the stories that speak of whom we are in part. I have been blessed by family, friends,  students, staff, and communities in several states and overseas, and most recently throughout the digital world. My personal and professional stories have been affected by all of these interactions, and I am grateful for everyone and everything, even during human challenges at times.

Professionally, I am an educator--teacher, administrator, professional development provider, author--and hold three degrees in English/Reading Specialist, Library Science, and Higher Education. From students with special needs to students with advanced placement from K-12 to college, I have been immersed in supporting those who are in our territory of influence.

​

In the midst of my educational experiences, I pursued and practiced my spiritual path of meditation and mindfulness for many decades from Switzerland with Maharisha Mahesh Yogi to many places in the United States.

​

Simply said, I have been a spiritual teacher all along the way.

My desire is to continue to support others as they, too, reach out to find another way to meet life's challenges. Let me help you.
